My debut single “Hard to Believe” is out now!
“I wrote Hard to Believe back in 2020, during a time when the world was full of chaos, and my own life was no different. Making this song was healing. It’s a reminder to always stand up for yourself, live authentically, and never let anyone make you feel less than. Life is too short not to be true to who you are.”
Ava Ware is a 23-year-old independent artist from Atlanta, GA, now based in Nashville, TN. From a young age she was musically influenced, always performing and surrounded by live music thanks to her father, Jack Massey, drummer for indie rock band The Ladies Of. Writing and performing songs has been an integral part of her life.
With her SoundCloud song "Sooo Tired" followed by the success of her track "Bad for My Health" in 2020 under her previous artist name, Lilac, she developed her voice as an artist.
In 2022, she rebranded as Ava Ware to embrace a smooth indie pop-rock sound. Her songs focus on themes of relationships, anxiety, introspection, and LGBTQ+ issues. Her music continues to evolve, with more exciting releases on the horizon for 2025.
